Dyesub on mixed polyester T-shirt. almost like cotton.

Now I introduce new type of T-shirt, mixed polyester fabric, but almost same as cotton fabric,
But It works well with dyesublimation, as you see. dyesub output result is very good and don't worry about washing.
dyesub is cheaper way of making graphic design T-shirts, also make all around filled with graphic T-shirt also enable.

New Epson 9700 dyesub system.

Its my pleasure to introduce new Epson stylus pro 9700/7700 printer dyesublimation system.

Epson's new 9700/7700 printer have many good new features and very fast printing speed. but it need some modification and tuning.

After all.

Epson 9700/7700 have

fastest print speed 720x720 dpi 2pass mode - almost 30 sqm /h . but need adjust feed calibration.

And 720x720 quality mode 3 pass - 20 sqm /h .

And when using dyesublimation printer it need big ink system.

We apply new type big ink system almost same method as original cartridge works. refillable cartridge have vinyl pack and support air pump pressure, so it reduce head clogging.

And need some special support for large quantity printing, between printing job, it need auto cleaning , at least 10m ~ 20m printing interval.

We have special auto cleaning solution. if you already learn about Epson 9700 printer, Epson 9700 do not have auto cleaning features in the middle of printing work. and if you still try spool work and between job also add cleaning command, it may not work properly.

So, we solve problem , with our solution, even 100m roll printing without checking .

Add more good feature is auto-takeup device ! it's really needed when printing large quantity printing.
