Epson 1390/1400 changing , fast print speed, roll paper enable.

Already there are many peoples using Epson 1390/1400 printer as dyesublimation.

But they all feels uncomfortable,

1. printing speed is low ! (actually when using photo mode in windows driver it prints 1440x720 dpi 16 pass mode ).

2. sometimes printing density is not so good. so need more deep color.

3. do not support roll paper, just sheet paper. so productivity is not so good !

Now all troubles solved ! with DavinciTurboRIP.

Recently Someone told me that his customer who is using Epson 1390 printer , wants more productivity and also deep color.

So, I said I can help him ! I already made Epson 1390 printer driver for DavinciTurboRIP, and also tested roll paper printing, so I do not spend much time for developement.

And I added new mode for fast printing . Instead of 6color (CMYKLcLm) , 4Color Turbo Mode( CMYKCM , twice C,M ink quantity ) .

Following is the result.

1. Speed - 720x720 dpi 8pass OK (very good quality, enough density)

= - 720x360 dpi 4pass OK ( good quality, density is not enough)

2. Now Support Roll paper printing ( even though roll paper length is 100m ) ! After one job printing, roll paper do not eject just stop and wait next job.

All you have to do is buy and apply DavinciTurboRIP and Roll paper holder ! one more thing you must change 6Color (CMYKLcLm) ink as CMYKCM.

You don't believe what you see. OK, this all area printing T-shirt sample made by cotton dyesub coating liquid and dyesublimation with large flatbed heat press .

The result is very wonderful. Almost same quality as Edhardy ( the famous fassion T-shirt maker ) .

Also this is digital printing method so, you can design and can make just one piece of T-shirt, just your own.

Old models of Epson printer, Epson 4000p, Epson 7600/9600 Also can change CMYK double machine.

Conclusion first.

With DavinciTurboRIP, Epson 4000p printer can be fast printing dyesub machine, and also 7600/9600.

Actually Epson 4000p is 7 color machine, Mk , C M Y Pk Lc Lm Lk, And Mk and Pk can not print at one time, this meaning is must use alternately. So, unfortunately 7 color actually has 8 head nozzles. DavinciTurboRIP change this printer as CMYKCMY instead of original ink order.

Then K has just 1 nozzle but K is enough. And can use mix with CMY so no problem.

The same way Epson 7600/9600 also works well.

The reason why I'm focusing on these machines is because some country still use that machine popularly.

And With DavinciTurboRIP, this old machines can print as fast as new machines (epson 4880/9880/7880) !!! with cheap used printer price.

So it's much worth of concerning these machines, if you have, or your neighbor have these machines, then get them free or buy cheap price.

Very Good news about dyesublimation

Now I introduce new dyesublimation technology.

dyesublimation on Cotton fabric is known as impossible. so almost everyone using Flatbed printer when digital printing to Cotton T-shirt.

But now with our chemical technology, dyesublimation to cotton fabric is enable.

this meaning is very important. Before this tech, even though dyesublimation is very comfortable way of digital printing to fabric, but it's not available to dyesublimate to cotton, Now you can use dyesublimation method to cotton fabric.

Coating and dry then prepare for dyesublimation.

1. T/C fabric and also make hot piece.

2. Apply to echobag fabric . (Canvas fabric)

3. Apply to Cotton T-shirt ..

All works well. Just try and make cheaper way of T-shirt digital printing.
